Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based programs in clients' homes or community settings in San Diego and surrounding areas. A strong focus is on delivering individualized, outcome-driven interventions with fidelity and empathy.

The role involves providing one-on-one therapy under BCBA supervision, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and caregivers to reinforce skills across daily routines.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures and observe confidentiality of patient information.
