Job summary

Connectify Therapy in Denver, CO is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA's guidance. This role offers competitive pay, paid training and certification assistance, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

You will implement treatment plans, collect and document client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child's development while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment in the home.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
