Vibrant ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Colorado and surrounding areas. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors while maintaining a reliable schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred across ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, or related roles.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado.
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule.
• Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
