Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Chandler. You will work 1:1 with children in their homes under supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized ABA therapy.

We value compassionate, dependable professionals. A high school diploma or GED is required, ABA experience is a plus, and travel to client homes within your area is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs, and keep families updated on how their child is doing.
• Sessions take place in clients' homes; work independently while staying connected with your clinical team.
• Learn ABA as you go.
