Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in homes across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas). You’ll work 1:1 with clients, implement ABA-based plans, and be guided by a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification is a plus or willingness to pursue.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within the service area.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA-based therapy with children.
• Implement individualized therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and communicate updates to families and supervising clinicians.
• Contribute to ongoing supervision and professional development.
