Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in their own homes in the San Tan/Queen Creek area. You will work 1:1 with children, implementing individualized ABA plans under supervision and tracking progress alongside families.

We offer paid training, weekly PTO starting day one, medical/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, and a 401(k) with company match. Flexible scheduling helps you balance caseloads with family needs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one in-home ABA therapy under supervision.
• Implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate with families regularly.
