Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively pursuing at hire.
• Paid training and onboarding provided.
• Must be able to travel locally to client homes in Maryland.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Support communication, behavior, play, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and document progress
• Communicate with supervisors, caregivers, and clinical team
• Maintain a reliable therapy schedule
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
