Vibrant ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across Maryland. This role includes paid training and flexible scheduling.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while recording progress.

Qualifications

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Maryland and surrounding areas. What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Maryland
• After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

RBT Candidates Required / Encouraged

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must be actively pursuing certification upon hire
• Paid training and onboarding provided
• Support available toward RBT certification
• RBT certification must be obtained within the required onboarding timeline in accordance with Maryland Medicaid and payer requirements
• Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
