Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stewart, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life.

The role is part-time with evening hours, requiring CPR certification and RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain. You will collect data, follow intervention plans, and participate in supervision and meetings with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
