Job summary

Animate Behavior LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA services across Contra Costa County. You’ll work one-on-one with young children in their homes, with weekday daytime hours and BCBA supervisors available.

Compensation ranges $24–$30 per hour, plus up to $3/hour bonus on billable hours, and a full benefits package. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing plans under supervision, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training is required.
• Previous ABA experience is required; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals.
