Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy in the Lorton area and surrounding VA communities. You will implement treatment plans one-on-one with children under a BCBA's supervision, delivering high-quality care in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physically capable for long periods and active engagement with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Support clients in home-based settings across multiple locations.
