Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Center-based positions with flexible schedules offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and PTO, weekly pay, and training for an RBT course.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children one-on-one.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Assist with daily activities and session setup.
