Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy, under the supervision of a BCBA, one-on-one with children as per individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• 6–12 months of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• May include long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Center-based setting with various schedules.
