Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Center-based roles with flexible schedules and potential for growth are offered.

Compensation starts at $20/hr with medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, 401k, and other voluntary benefits. 40-hour RBT course is provided; multiple locations nationwide support growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans with children one-on-one.
• Engage with children on the floor or standing as required by the plan.
