Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role involves direct treatment with children and implementing individualized plans.

Experience with children (ABA preferred) and a HS Diploma or GED are required. Center-based positions with varying schedules are available. Kaleidoscope ABA emphasizes growth, innovation, and a long-standing commitment to helping children achieve progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
