Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the Boston area. You will work under BCBAs and LBAs to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with ASD, collect data, and help families apply strategies at home and in the community.

The position offers a per diem schedule with flexibility, opportunities for ongoing training, and collaboration within a supportive, interdisciplinary team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the BACB.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Record and analyze client data to track progress and inform treatment.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to generalize skills.
