Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician to provide in‑home ABA services in Holland, MI and surrounding areas. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, following plans set by a supervising BCBA, while tracking progress and communicating with families.

Ideal candidates will have ASD experience, a valid RBT certificate, and a driver’s license. Mileage reimbursement is offered and there is a clear path for mentorship and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to track progress and data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA.
• Follow treatment plans from supervising BCBA.
• Help develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical training.
