Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. The role is part-time and in-home, offering training and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• Must have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
