Akoya Behavioral Health in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum, using ABA. You’ll follow plans created by a supervising BCBA and track progress in real time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills.
• Accurately track data and progress in real-time.
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training.
