Job summary

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated CBT/RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Spokane, WA. The role involves one-on-one sessions with children, data collection, and supervision by a BCBA.

This part-time position offers mileage reimbursement and opportunities for practicum hours and mentorship. Candidates should have a high school diploma; CBT/ RBT certification is preferred, CPR is a plus, and a valid driver's license is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• In-Home experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification preferred.
• CBT Certification (RBT a plus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record and monitor client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
