Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) for part-time, home-based ABA services in Spokane, WA. The role provides about 20 hours per week with compensation of $25.00–$28.00 per hour.

Therapists will work 1:1 with a 13-year-old client in home and school settings, with after-school hours M-F. Compensation is hourly and employees may access future hybrid or virtual cases as programs expand.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client\'s location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in client\'s home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining confidentiality.

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in Spokane for an 13 year-old client.

• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
• Setting: Home
• Days/Times: M-F After 3 PM
• Preferred Candidate: Experienced Male CBT requested by family
• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You'll Need

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
