Job summary

Aurora Behavioral Health in Redmond, WA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy with children under the supervision of a BCBA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–6:30 PM, in the Redmond area.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy, collect data on progress, follow BCBA plans, and participate in supervision and team trainings. Benefits include mileage reimbursement and CBT certification training; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• CBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
