Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated CBT/RBT to join our Spokane team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

This part-time, after-school and early-evening role offers competitive pay, CBT certification support, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for practicum hours and mentorship as you grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• In-Home experience preferred.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CBT Certification (RBT is a plus) required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Connaissances

Experience working with children

CPR certification

CBT certification

RBT certification (a plus)
