Job summary

Headway Services in Warren, New Jersey seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to help a 4-year-old child develop communication, social, and daily living skills through in-home ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with the child, following BCBA-developed plans, and track progress with data.

The role offers $18–$25 per hour, a $200 sign-on bonus, and a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–2pm). RBT preferred; must be 18+; background check; local travel; compassion a must.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
