Headway Services in Union City, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy based on BCBA-developed plans. This part-time role pays $18–$25 per hour and includes a $200 sign-on bonus, with scheduling Monday–Friday after 3:30 PM and Saturdays after 11 AM.

Responsibilities include data tracking, developing communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborating with families to ensure consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities
