Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy with a 7-year-old boy in Branchville, New Jersey. This part-time position offers hourly pay between $18 and $25, plus a $200 sign-on bonus.

Schedule includes Tue/Thu 3:30pm–7:30pm and Saturday, with opportunities for flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes data-tracking, collaboration with families, and building communication, social, and daily-living skills under BCBA plans.

Qualifications

• Requires patience and empathy to work with children with autism.
• Experience in ABA is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
