Job summary

SK Behavior and Learning, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician / RBT to conduct in-home ABA sessions with assigned clients in the Los Angeles area. You will drive to client homes, collect data on an iPad, and submit timesheets on time.

A strong emphasis on cultural humility and collaboration with families and colleagues is required. Certification support and supervision are offered. This part-time role offers growth toward full-time with benefits, plus a retention bonus program and ongoing

Qualifications

• Conduct 1:1 in-home ABA sessions with assigned clients.
• Safely drive to and from clients' homes.
• Collect accurate data on an iPad application.
• Timely submission of timesheet.
• Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback.
• Practice cultural humility by respecting family values and learning.
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain high attendance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is highly preferred (conversational).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 in-home ABA sessions with clients and collect data.
• Drive to client homes and document travel in mileage records.
• Submit timesheets promptly and accurately.
