Strides ABA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and local caseloads.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to help each child reach their fullest potential while upholding HIPAA confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine passion for helping children and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).

Aufgaben

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
