Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities in Burlington County, NJ. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized plans, collect data, and use positive reinforcement to support progress.

This role requires being 18+, a HS diploma (bachelor's preferred), a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a clean background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, community, or daycare settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA regarding client care.
• Maintain safe, engaging learning environments and professional interactions.
