Job summary

Strides ABA in Old Bridge, NJ seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work with a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and data-based progress tracking.
• Ability to collect and document client data accurately and confidentially.
• Effective communication with BCBA, families, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or daycare settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
