Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Salem County, New Jersey, to work with children in-home or at daycare centers. You will collaborate with a BCBA to implement tailored treatment plans and collect data on progress, while contributing to a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• RBT must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and move frequently during sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check required for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
