Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is hiring enthusiastic part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving their goals. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, deliver evidence-based interventions, and help families implement behavior plans.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, RBT certification, and a passion for making a difference.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and empathy; calm under challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
