Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and collaborate with a clinical team to support client goals.

Ideal candidates show patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor, with a strong willingness to learn. RBT certification must be obtained before starting, and paid training is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
