Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. Join a collaborative clinical team focused on independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
