Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Bellevue, TN. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday, 10:00am–12:30pm, with pay of $26–$28 per hour.

You will implement treatment plans, collect session data, and support clients’ communication, life, and social skills while maintaining HIPAA privacy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• HIPAA privacy/compliance knowledge required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and professional development.
