Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Bellevue, TN team. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, or clinics, delivering in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily living skills.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience with children, reliable transportation, and an RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home/clinic/school setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
