Job summary

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work in Aurora, CO, supporting families and children with data-driven treatment plans.

The role offers paid training, PTO, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families in the community.

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Have experience working with children.
• Possess reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
