Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking an RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the Thornton, CO area. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA and help implement individualized treatment plans.

You will collect data, support parent training goals, and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided).
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to reliably travel to clients in the Thornton 80260 area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress.
