Job summary

Trinity Autism Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing in-home therapy team serving the Chattanooga area.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings, implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills. Flexible scheduling and supportive BCBA guidance available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required; maintained per state/regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication with caregivers and team members.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support reduction of challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all interactions.
