Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Perry, GA. You will deliver individualized ABA sessions in clinic and home settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role centers on one-on-one interaction to build essential skills and independence for children with autism. We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and paths for career advancement within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress in EMR and other records.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
