Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in the United States. This role is a Registered Behavior Technician position delivering one-to-one behavioral interventions in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT certification. The role includes weekday and weekend availability and opportunities to grow within a clinician-owned agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
