Job summary

SkyCare ABA in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families. Flexible hours and a part-time schedule offer meaningful work with balance.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and work with parents to generalize skills in daily living and communication. Active RBT certification (BACB) is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent;

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Strong communication and ethical, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans targeting communication, social, daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with parents to generalize skills.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
