Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to join our team providing in-home ABA services to children. You will work under the clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record progress, and foster a positive, supportive learning environment for families.

We welcome candidates with an RBT credential and a passion for helping children with Autism. This is a part-time opportunity with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Calm demeanor and patience in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support learning and progress.
