Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with Autism, ages 1–21, under BCBA supervision.

We offer a supportive team with ongoing trainings, flexible scheduling, and a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00–$28.00 per hour. Qualified candidates will have RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Autism, with English communication skills being essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• Strong written and spoken English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural home environments
• Collect and analyze data, prepare progress reports
• Coordinate with program staff to maintain consistency of services
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities and progress
