Alight Behavioral Therapy MN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will support BCBAs and LBAs, conduct assessments, collect data, and help implement behavioral interventions in clients' homes.

The role requires travel to client homes, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and BACB RBT certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with families and the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field.
• RBT certification through BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with ASD or other special needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsabilités

• Assist BCBAs and LBAs in implementing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions addressing social, adaptive, and functional skills.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports of sessions.
