Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. This part-time opportunity emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care.

The RBT will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a current RBT certification.
• Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and move around the home environment to facilitate therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address client needs and goals.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment delivery and client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on ABA methodologies.
