Heartland ABA in Sidney seeks an enthusiastic In-Home RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and record data using tablets.

We offer part-time roles with flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and a supportive clinical team. Previous RBT experience is valued, and paid training is provided to new entrants.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
