Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Sidney is hiring a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (In-Home RBT) to support our ABA clients in achieving their goals. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, following established care plans and behavioral interventions.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, are RBT certified, patient, compassionate, and able to maintain calm under challenging situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
