Heartland ABA seeks a dedicated In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in Sidney and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and document progress using digital tools.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a genuine passion for helping children with Autism. The role offers flexible, part-time hours and paid training to start, with a strong clinical team backing you up.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
