Heartland ABA is hiring Developmental Support RBTs for Sidney, NE to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, recording data and supporting families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans
